$80.00 (SUP Board included) for 1.5 hours
New to Stand up Paddling or already know how to but want to improve on your skills.
A private session will take the beginner through the basics so that they can feel more comfortable on the water and on the board. The session will cover gear, terminology, proper paddle grip & stroke technique, handling the board, recovering from a fall, and important safety practices.
This session is also geared for a paddler that has experience but looking to sharpen their skills.
PREREQUISITE: Paddler should be proficient swimmers and able to carry their own SUP Board.

$95 (SUP Board included) for 1.5 hours (includes land and water training)
Training for the individual that wants to take on their first race or for the racer that wants to improve on their performance. Every Race Training session will be designed to the individual's needs and will include a land workout followed by on the water training.
Land Training: Concentration of Core Workouts, Kettlebell, Endurance, Balance and Interval Training
Water Training: Beach Starts, Water Starts, Water Sprints, Short and Long Distance Paddling
PREREQUISITE: All Paddlers should already know how to paddle, be a proficient swimmer and be medically cleared to participate in physically intense training.
Cape Cod waters from Bourne to Provincetown provide some excellent spots to train. Cape Cod SUP Girl is a local to Cape Cod, Massachusetts and provides fitness training, lessons, and race training.
